About the Presenter:

Joanne Knight has been a member of the union for more than 15 years. Joanne previously worked in the NSW energy industry researching pay equalisation between state-owned corporations then joined the US Branch as an organiser working on the implementation of employment protections for energy workers. Joanne has worked for the ASU National Office since 2014, first as a researcher and currently as an Industrial Officer primarily responsible for bargaining and providing industrial advice to branch organisers of the ASU.
