Work life balance: Resilience, stress management and self care

This webinar will look at wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.

Participants will learn to recognise stress in themselves and others, and will learn how to build resilience at work.

The session will also include tips and techniques to help participants achieve work/life balance.


About the Presenter:

With a background in learning and development, organisational development and human resource management, Jenny has held a wide variety of both internal and external consulting roles across diverse industries, including local government, financial services, not-for-profit, professional services and the health care sector.

Jenny holds qualifications and accreditations including Counselling and Psychotherapy, Adult Education and Career Coaching.
