Boost Your Skills: Managing Difficult Relationships When Working from Home

Sherelle Connaughton will take participants through managing difficult relationships when working from home, how to get back to work through developing assertiveness to get the support you need and recognising the to look after yourself after experiencing bullying.

Dr Sherelle Connaughton has worked in varied health and education settings for over 28 years, having trained in the fields of psychology, research, music therapy and mindfulness. Since completing a PhD and Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2007, her focus has been on health enhancement, mindfulness and stress management for students and staff at Monash University. Sherelle also consults for corporate clients, helps facilitate two of the world’s most popular, free online mindfulness courses (that have attracted over 500,000 enrolments in six years) and collaborates on research projects and publications.
